PLACING YOUR ORDER
  1. You can either order online, by phone or in person at one of our stores to place and order.
  2. To place an order, we require a minimum of 12 cupcakes or 36 mini cupcakes.
  3. Please be informed that we require at least 3 days notice for pre-order. Please allow minimum 1-2 weeks for customized cakes and french macarons.

DELIVERY

We offer delivery within Perth CBD and upper Swan Valley areas for weddings and corporate events. Small amount of delivery charge applies, please enquire within.

On-Demand / Same day delivery within 3 hours

Please call us at 0430844633 to request on demand same day delivery request within 3 hours. Delivery areas are limited so please check with us to confirm your order. Minimum order is 12 pack assorted cupcakes. Delivery fees applies. Please place your order between 9.00 am - 3.00 pm Monday to Friday.

PICK-UPS

You can select to pick-up at our cupcake cafe. Please check trading hours.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept cash, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX – extra 3% surcharge appiles). Credit card payments can be made over the phone or in person at our café.

For pre-order, we accept cash, credit card or direct deposit.

CUPCAKE STAND FOR HIRE

Yes, we do hire cupcake stand (5-8 tiers) with purchase of our cupcakes. We require refundable bond, which will be returned when you return the cupcake tier to us within 3 days in the same condition when you first received the tier. Penalty applies for late return of cupcake stand or you will be at risk of not getting your bond money back.

SHELF LIFE/ CUPCAKE CARE

Cupcake & Cake

Our cupcake and cake are best to be consumed straight away.

However you can store them in an air-tight container at room temperature to up to 3 days.

You can also place them in the fridge to up to 3 days. Thaw – let them sit at room temperature for a while before consuming.

Macarons

Our macarons are best to be consumed straight away.

However you can store them in an air-tight container and place them in the fridge to up to 3 days.

NUTS & ALLERGEN INFO

We understand how critical it is to provide customers with accurate allergen information.

Despite the fact that we bake and offer cupcakes without gluten and/or nuts, all of our cupcakes are prepared fresh in the same kitchen, allowing for the potential of cross-contamination.

Our baking equipment comes in contact with peanuts, other nuts, nut oils and extracts, as well as products containing gluten.

Even though we offer gluten free and vegan cupcakes, we cannot claim that these are 100% vegan & gluten free cupcakes and you should consume these at your own risk.
